Quick doodle of The Dreaded Red. Used a 4B pencil and no eraser. Used her last video as reference. Not satisfied with it but not unhappy either.

Looks like Palin. You might want to use face proportion guides, and when drawing hair, shade smoothly throughout and in one direction so it won't look like straw. Use your pencil to darken some outlines if needed to add more detail. Trust me, my sketches looked like this when I started out and before I started learning how to outline and smooth things out.
